Almond Productions’ 2015 Insurance Consumers Forum for Oct 28

Almond Productions Limited, producers of Almond Finance and Wealth Report on Television and Wetin Insurance Dey Do Sef on Naija FM has concluded plans to host the 2015 Insurance Consumer’s Forum ( ICF) on October 28, 2015.

The Insurance Consumer’s Forum which started in 2013 is a platform for interaction between Insurers and the Insured’s for better service delivery.

A statement from the organizer, Faith Ughwode, said the forum with the theme: Customers Relationship and Management in the Insurance Industry is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 28th of October at Lagoon Restaurant, Lagos by 10:00am prompt.

The event will be chaired by Sir M.O .Oyegunle, Managing Director of Lakeg Nigeria Limited.

The theme paper will be delivered by Mrs Ekaete Augustine-Edet, a hospitality consultant and facilitator on Customer Service and Business Etiquette, Enterprise Development Center, Pan African University. Discussions will be led by Mr. Larry Ademeso Managing Director, Custodian Life, Mr. Olarenwaju Ojuola Head, Strategy and Corporate Planning, Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, Mrs Ogechi Nwosu-Orue, Head of Insurance, NSCDC Abuja and a Host of others.

Expected participants include CEO’s of big , small and medium companies, group heads and managers in charge of Insurance, representatives from Professional Bodies and Trade Associations.

The 2015 Insurance Consumer’s Forum will once again provide a robust platform for stakeholders in the insurance industry to feel the pulse of their customers/ prospective customers.
