Preparations for the 2026 Almond Insurance Industry Awards are in top gear as the organisers are leaving no stone unturned to live up to its billing as the Insurance Industry’s Biggest Nite of the year.
The company, Almond Productions Limited in a press statement Signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Kesiena Faith Ughwode unveiled some of the Guest Presenters at the Awards this year.
They include Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, Hajiya Queensley Sofuratu Seghosime, the 62nd President of ICAN, Mr. Chidi Onyeukwu Ajaegbu, MD/CEO, Heritage Capital Markets Limited and Prof. Jacinta Opara, Vice Chancellor of the Dominican University, amongst other guests this year.
Guest presenters at the Awards are meticulously chosen from critical sectors of the economy in a bid to broaden the horizon of insurance operations for better understanding and appreciation as no economy can survive without the risk transfer mechanism which insurance provides.
The epoch-making event which started in 2018 to reward Change Makers and Innovators in the insurance eco-system is scheduled to hold on Friday, November 6th at the Stable Event Center, Bode Thomas, Surulere, Lagos by 4pm for Red Carpet and by 7pm for the Awards.

The organisers also unveiled insurance industry’s foremost ICON, Mr. Ope Oredugba as the recipient of the 2026 Insurance Lifetime Achievement Award.
Mr. Oredugba, a thoroughbred insurance professional, pioneered so many laudable initiatives in the Nigerian insurance industry, some of which still adds value to insurance operations in Nigeria today.
The recognition is therefore to celebrate and thank him for all his efforts and contributions to the growth and development of the industry.
In line with the tradition of the Almond Insurance Industry Awards, attendees are in for a good time this year as a strong line-up of top-rated Nigerian entertainers in Music and Comedy are set to trill the audience.
The awards is strictly a Black Tie Event and is only open by ticket admission.
